Windows 10: Windows 10 laptop failure

I was watching a movie on my laptop and all of a sudden it froze. This happens some times so i thought id restart it and give it a while. But it is completely frozen on the screen it was on even the time and the fact it was charging sign are frozen even thogh i unplugged it. I tried to restart using power button on the side but is not working either.
