Windows 10: Windows 10 Laptop switches off randomly

So uh I'm facing this particular problem where my laptop just switches off that's right no shutting down signal just directly OFF with a beep sound. When I use my laptop with a charger it works fine but when I'm using it on battery it switches off after an hour or more, can anyone tell me how to fix this or is this a problem with my laptop battery? Oh and my laptop isn't overheating. Laptop specifications -Lenovo V310 14ISK Ram- 4gb 3.7 usableProcessor - Intel R Pentium R CPU 4405U @2.10 GhzSystem type- 64bit Windows version- 20H2Os build- 19042.1110

Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
