Windows 10: Windows 10 latest build some links don't open?

Hi everyone! I'm new here. Previously I was on Windows 10 1903. After I did a clean install of latest Windows 10 version 2004 build 19041.488 I noticed a minor issue. Some links don't work when I click on them. So far I've found these two:

Right-click taskbar > Taskbar settings (flashes and disappears)





My PC > Computer tab > System Properties (flashes and disappears)




When I search "Taskbar settings and System Properties from Start menu it works fine. I click it from there and it opens no problem...

Maybe the links are just incorrect? Possibly a regedit fix?

sfc /scannow found no errors

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

use the key you need for the build and run those lines in cmd to activate

What is the latest stable build of Win10 ?
