Windows 10 Latest Update - won't boot - gets frozen at the Single Color Blue Window screen...

I have been trying to update my Windows 10 for 6 months and always it freezes afterwards and gets a failed attempt.
The latest is version 1809 x64 2020-01B, but the previous update did the same thing.

It would take an hour to download and install, and when it asks to reboot I do so, and it gets stuck.

This has caused me to do a Windows Reset install which I lost some of my needed emails and I still can not get it past the startup screen.

I have tried safe mode as well, but still doesn't work.

I get an error message of 0xc1900101

Also, when I go to c:\$windows.~BT\sources\Panther\setuperr.log , this is what I see. What do you think could be the problem?
I ran Windows Update Troubleshooter as well, as a scan disk.

    Any ideas please?

DaRK did you try going to the laptop vendor page and download the chipset and video drivers? I would try that and test.

Installieren von kompatiblen Windows 8.1-Treibern für Computer, bei denen ein Upgrade auf Windows 10 durchgeführt wird | Dell Deutschland

    "
Why are there no Windows 10 drivers for my tested computer?
Many tested systems have no Windows 10 drivers listed on the Dell Drivers and Downloads website, as the latest Windows 7 SP1 and/or Windows 8.1 drivers work normally in Windows 10. No additional drivers should need to be installed after upgrade.

When a computer is upgraded to Windows 10, the existing hardware drivers on the computer are carried over to the new operating system. Computers tested for upgrade to Windows 10 from older operating systems (Windows 7 SP1 and/or Windows 8.1 Update) have been tested to ensure that the latest drivers available on the Dell Drivers and Downloads web site for those operating systems will work correctly in Windows 10. If the latest Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1 drivers for that computer do not work correctly, Dell has created a new version of the driver for Windows 10. This driver is made available on the Dell Drivers and Downloads page for the tested computer and is also added to Windows Update. Only drivers that require an update will be listed under the Windows 10 section of the drivers page.

Note: Computers that are factory installed with Windows 10 will have all drivers for all components available on the Dell Drivers and Downloads website.
If you need to reinstall a driver for a tested computer and there is no Windows 10 driver available, use the latest Windows 8.1 driver by following the methods below. If no Windows 8.1 driver is available for a component, use the Windows 8 or Windows 7 driver."

Windows 10 Latest Update - won't boot - gets frozen at the Single Color Blue Window screen...

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:
    • Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
    • Try different keyboard or mouse.
    • Restart computer, repeatedly.
    • Google for related issues.
    • Update Bios, because why not.
    • Create boot media and revert to windows 7.
The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.
