Windows 10: Windows 10 License will expire soon?

Hello. I've recently been having a problem with my Windows 10 license. Every time I log on a dialogue box appears saying that my license will expire soon, and the same dialogue box will pop up from time to time as I'm doing things. I don't understand why I'm having this issue because I bought this laptop with Windows on it and I've had it for 5 years with no issue. Why now is it saying that I need to pay money for a product I already purchased? How do I fix this?


I tried following some other posts online but all the other responses seemed to only have their computers for a short time. Here is some information about my computer:

I have recently factory restored my hp envy windows 10. Now i have this message "WINDOWS LICENSE WILL EXPIRE SOON". Im not sure if this is important but i have sent in my hp envy for warranty repairs on the hard disk drive. I bought my hp with windows 10 home edition, but when I sent it in for repairs it came back with windows 10 pro. Any suggestions
