Windows 10: Windows 10 loading hesitation

Having problems with loading pages. When a page is loading, loading circle runs for 2 seconds then stops for 1 second. this cause a longer load time + sometimes not even a proper load, or won't load at all. Very noticeable when videos load or when they are playing the hesitation is in the playback + sometime causes video to kick out.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

Cursor hesitates Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  

And also i suggest you to update the touchpad drivers from the manufacturer web site and check if it helps.
