Windows 10: Windows 10, login error and restart/shut down issue.

Can’t login to Windows 10 without the “The RPC server is unavailable.” Popping up when I try. I can’t even restart or shut down my laptop due to it saying. “If you restart now, you and any other people using this PC could lose unsaved work.” and it never does what I want it to do when I press it. Meaning I cant login and go to safe mode, can’t restart or shut down. This is really irritating and I want to just do my things there.Using a personal HP 14 Laptop, serial number: 5CD0507BTBHelp is greatly appreciated.

Windows 10 Login issues

I suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
• Did you try with only safe mode or safe mode with networking?
• What is the critical error you are getting?

If you are using Windows 10. To go to safe mode you have to follow the below steps.

If you are able to go to login screen in normal mode try the below steps to go to safe mode with networking and check if the issue persists.

• 
  At the login screen click on the power symbol.
  
• 
  Hold SHIFT + Click Restart.
  
• 
  After restarting your system, select the Troubleshoot option.
  
• 
  Select advanced options under
  Troubleshoot screen.
  
• 
  Click on Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart and follow the onscreen steps to go to
  Safe Mode with networking and check if you are able to login.
  
• 
  If it logs in Create a new user account and link the Microsoft account and check if the issue persists.

Kasperskys shutting itself off

I awoke this morning to a error message saying that kasperskys has encounter a error and shuts off, then I restart and about 10 mins later does it again. any suggestions?

 

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?
