    I have a new installation of Win 10 pro on a Dell Optiplex 3020 sff. When I originally started up, it asked me to sign into my Microsoft account and the email I used is thru Go Daddy company email. Now when I start the computer, it asks for credentials. When I enter info, I get a message saying " we are unable to connect right now, please check your network and try again later". I've read several possible fixes but none seem to work unless I can get signed in windows button and r, shift while shutting down, netplwiz. Please help as I'm trying to get computer going for another manager here. I had read that it may be an issue with the Go Daddy account but I could use any help you can give.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    There are different causes that may bring up this error on your computer. To guide you better in resolving the issue, please answer the following questions:

    • Is the administrator account the one having the error?
    • Did this happen after installing updates?
    • What suggestions have you tried?
