Windows 10: Windows 10 looses networkadapter configuration

Hello everybody,I recently discovered that my configuration of my USB<->LAN network adapters are lost after restart.There are two USB to LAN adapters connected to my windows 10 enterprise computer. windows version: 1909 I switched the adapters several times to ensure there is no problem with the adapter or the adapter producer.These two adapters have static IP-addresses, a specific name and one of them a v-LAN tag.Nearly every time my it department forces a restart to install new windows updates the configuration ist completely lost or the configuration for adapter A is used for adapte
