    Windows 10 LTSC Program unable to load certain dll's


    I have some dll's which work fine on Windows 10 Pro, Home, etc but seem to fail on LTSC. I'm not developing these dll's but creating programs which depend on those. The original developer provides little support currently and has never experienced this case. Upon registering he dll's I get an error message:The module "xyz.dll" failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files. The specified module could not be found.I get this message using both regsvr32's it is a 32 bit dll so should be do

    after installing windows 10 anniversary unable to open certain programs MSVCR100.dll missing

    After installing Windows 10 anniversary unable to open certain programs get error message saying MSVCR100.dll missing. I have tried downloading the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) get error message saying a newer version is installed
    on machine. Help!

    Windows 10 LTSC Program unable to load certain dll's

    Unable to load odbcji32.dll

    Within the past day or two - I have an error on 2 different Windows 10 computers. After booting up - it says: Unable to load odbcji32.dll. I have not installed any new programs. Could a Windows update cause this problem ? I have been using a program called
    File Center and it will not run because of this error. Never had a problem with ths program until now. Thanks
