Windows 10: Windows 10 machine not shutdown

Hi. My acer Nitro-5 an515-52 has shutdown problem. When I shut down my laptop, it undergoes the usual shutdown process, with the blue screen saying "shutting down" etc. BUT starting from last week, after undergoing the usual shutting down processes, my machine didn't turn off. My screen will go blank, like it is already shutdown, but the machine is still running. I know by the led at the right of the laptop, and by the led keyboard still lighting each time I pressed any button.

I'm not sure it is the updates or something else.

I wanna know if there are others, that experiencing the same problem, and how to fix this.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
