Yes, that is correct, the latest news is that 1903 will be delayed to Late May . . .

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

I have updated to Windows 10 1903 18362.53 Update.

What update is expected May 10, will this be cumulative, or are they going to change the build? ie upgrade to new build.
