Windows 10: Windows 10 Mail app wont access my mail and wont let me delete account

Discus and support Windows 10 Mail app wont access my mail and wont let me delete account in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; I know the sync button. That doesn't work. I restarted.     Windows 10 Mail app wont access my mail and wont let me delete account


    Go to settings in the mail app
    Then Manage Account
    Then click on any e mail that are showing like
    Outlook,
    Gmail etc
    Then click change account settings
    There you can alter your password and delete your account

    Or go to settings
    Account and emails
    Do it from there

    Doesn't work. I try to change any settings in the mail app and I get this error. The account works fine but the Mail app refuses to let me delete it even though it says there is something wrong.
