Windows 10: Windows 10 mail - cannot change display name

Hi everybody,I am using mail for Windows 10 and faces the problem that I cannot use different display names for different gmail accounts. When adding first account, program asked me what display name I want. When adding another account - I did not get same question. 1st account is private google account @gmail 2nd account is company's G suite account @personal domain What I'd tried before: - Go to Settings > Manage accounts > Account name - this option change only account name and does not change display name in sent mails.- Go to Settings > Manage accounts > Account name &g

1. Open Mail app

2. Select “settings”.

3. Under settings select “Manage Account”.

• Sign in here
  http://profile.live.com/
• Click Edit beside the name above the picture box.
• Enter your name and click Save.

Once you have changed the display name check whether the name has been updated in the Mail app.

While sending mail, does not show my name, instead shows my email address

I would suggest you to follow the steps to change the Account display in Mail app:

1. Open Mail app

2. Select “settings”.

3. Under settings select “Manage Account”.

4. Click on the Account name

5. Change the Account name

If still not working, try the steps below:

• In the Mail app, open Settings (the gear icon).
• Click 'Manage Accounts'
• Select the account you want to change the outgoing display name for
• Click 'options for syncing email, contacts, and calendar'
• in the account sync settings, there should be a 'Your name' text field that is used as the display name for outgoing emails.
