    Windows 10 May 19 2019 update stops at 27%


    Cannot update to Windows 10 May 19 2019 version 1903 update. Even with the Manual Update, it stalls at 27% and then rolls back to 1803 version. I am using Windows 10 Pro. Have tried every suggestion from Microsoft, including Windows Update Troubleshooter, disabling anti-virus program and disconnecting all USB devices, but no joy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    2019-nn Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.7.2 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 - Error 0x800f0900

    So I ran the steps and all went normally except:

    1. the MSISserver was not started (so it couldn't be stopped)

    2. when I tried starting the Cryptographic Services the service could not be started but after starting the bits and msis I tried starting the Cryptographic services again and it said they were already started ?????

    so I renamed the CBS.log and tried running windows updates again. Same error

    "There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later.

    Then windows will become a yearly sub (M$ will call it updates), just wait. They'll try to pinch the corporations first. Hopefully, those dumb bells have the balls and wits to show 'em the middle finger and ditch 'em.
