Windows 10: Windows 10 Media Creation Tool not working (Error Code: 0x80070005 - 0xA001B

I'm trying to use Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to get Windows 10 onto a PC I'm going to build but I get this error code after selecting what USB to use and waiting for it to load. Help??

You can confirm that the usb is not gpt using Diskpart. The command LIST DISK will have a * in the gpt column for any disk or usb that is gpt,

my PC is currently on windows 10. i tried to update the windows update so many times but it still stucked in 0% and so i researched and done so many things like the net stop wuauserv thingy but that didnt work. And so the best thing i should
to do then is to reinstall windows 10. i downloaded the media creation tool as suggested. after downloading the tool, here's what happened next:

"There was a problem running this tool

We're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code: 0x80070005 - 0x20000".

i've researched what this error is and done everything as suggested by them but nothing works.

Can anybody please help me resolve this problem, Thank u. ))

 

Error using media creation tool "something happened 0x80070005 - 0x90002" Windows 7

Hi, I am trying to install windows 10 using the media creation tool, I have attempted both as a direct install and to put it on a USB, both times the download completes but then immediately goes to the following error "something happened Error Code 0x80070005
- 0x90002"

I have tried some of the advised fixes but nothing has worked.

I am running windows 7 service pack 1, no 3rd part antivirus just Microsoft security essentials.

I am on the reserve list but can't wait.

Any suggestions ideas would be appreciated.
