Windows 10: Windows 10 microphone picks up less/no sound when mouse is moving applies to both TouchPad...

I'm recording lectures with video on my laptop. When I play back the recordings, I notice that the sound weakens or disappears entirely whenever the mouse is moving. I've tried using both the TouchPad and a USB mouse. I've also tried the built-in microphone and a plugged-in earphones with microphone. I've tried changing to a different recording application. I've even tried unplugging the power cord. The problem still persists. My microphone, audio, mouse, keyboard, and TouchPad drivers are all up to date.

RAM 4.00GB

Microphone , Touchpad and Mouse Problem

About Microphone:

The issue cab be resolved by making Microphone as the default device and updating the sound card drivers.

Make sure that the Microphone is not disabled and is set as default.

Make sure that the microphone that you are using is not disabled and is set as default in the computer. Follow these steps to check this:

a) Right click on the volume icon and select “Recording devices”.

b) Now, right click on an empty space and select, “Show disconnected devices” and “Show disabled devices”.

c) Select “Microphone” and click on “Properties” and make sure that the microphone is enabled.

d) You may also check if the microphone that you are using is set as default.

You can also refer to the article which has troubleshooting related to “No Sound”.

Microphone is picking up the laptop's sounds.

I understand your concern about using Microphone as expected on Windows 10, we will assist you with this issue.

I would suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1:

• 
  Right click on the sound icon in the taskbar and select the
  Recording Devices menu.
  
• 
  In the Recording
  tab of Sounds window, you will notice the microphone which is active, i.e. the one with a green tick mark. Right click on the active microphone and select its
  Properties.
  
• 
  Select the Levels Tab. This tab exhibits you two sections:
  Microphone andMicrophone Boost.
  
• 
  Use the sliders to modify your volume settings. You can take the Microphone Boost slider up to +40 dB. To save the changes click on Ok.
  

If you do the modification while the conversation goes on then you will get the immediate feedback of the output sound from the end user and so you can adjust the volume using the sliders as per requirement.

Method 2:

• 
  Right click on Start to open the Power User Menu.
  
• 
  Click on Control panel and then on
  Sound.
  
• 
  Click on the Communication tab in the sound window. You will see four options under
  When Windows detects Communication activities.
  
• 
  Click on the radio button next to
  Do nothing. Click on Apply and then
  OK. You might need to restart the computer to implement the changes.

Microphone , Touchpad and Mouse Problem

I just installed windows 10, and I am having this two problems that I don't know how to fix it.

1. My microphone is not working now more, I cant use skype, and when I try to detect my microphone using skype setting, it says that my microphone is not detected.

2. My touchpad is not working. I tried to fix this issue by changing the mouse and touchpad setting, but still not working.

3. Does any body notice that the mouse click button on touchpad become super sensitive?

If anybody know how to fix these problems, let me know.
