Windows 10: Windows 10 Minecraft wont download from Java

I finally got around to getting my free Windows 10 code after having Java for a while, but when I went to redeem it and actually download Windows 10 Edition, it says it's already been redeemed and I can't download it. What can I do?

I heard that Minecraft is getting a separate release for Windows 10 based on pocket edition and that will cost $10 from Windows store.

So if I buy Minecraft Win 10 version, would I get access to the Java vesion of minecraft??

I bought the java edition of minecraft.

experience launching trouble (unable to update native launcher window error message)

I redeem the windows 10 code and got the app running.

still the shortcut to the original java exe gives me the same error windows.

I want to register to minecraft class online that require the java edition.
