Windows 10: Windows 10 minecraft

I am trying to play minecraft with my nephew and I cant see them, and they cant see me to join a game. I am on pc, they are on ps4. We have played before.

I just did an update for windows 10, and looked to see if minecraft had an update available, it did not.

I've read several other questions, and none of them were just like this problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing.

Ran troubleshooting, there were no problems.

What do I do to fix it.

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
