    Voice Messages no longer downloads to my phone since updating to WP 10

    Windows Phone 10 Build 10586.63 / Lumia Icon / Verizon (updated from WP8.1)

    Since "upgrading" to WP 10, there is no notification of new voice mail. If I try to sync voice mail just to see if there are messages, I get an error message that says “there is no data connection, try again or dial *86”. On previous builds of WP10 it
    did sync sometimes, but not always. That happens even when I am connected to wifi or LTE. Never had a problem with WP 8.1
