    Windows 10 Mouse and Keyboard not working


    Go to directory. At PC computes and right click. Choose properties and you will find on the menu item at the top left. Alternately write device manager in cortan and it will come up.

    hi, had the windows 10 update in Dec '17, keyboard and touch pad failed after, although I got touchpad working. USB keyboard fine, trawled the net and tried EVERYTHING on here (and more) i could find to get the drivers to update/work with no success. After few weeks, maybe i should get a new keyboard or at least look at what the old one is before I buy (although I knew full well it wasn't broken). Saw how to get it out so had a go. Disconnected and reconnected (with battery out of course), fired it back up and hey. It works. Now, was it the battery disconnection that did it or the keyboard. Who knows, who cares, it worked. Utterly bizarre. All on an HP G6 laptop.
