Windows 10 Mouse delayed on 2560x1440 Monitor

Hello, i got a problem with my setup as it is right now with one of my monitors. I got a double Monitor setup where one is 1920x1080 and the other is 2560x1440. On the 1920x1080 one there is no issue with the mouse and everything is fine, but when the mouse gets over on the 1440p one, it starts getting a bit delayed. This does not happen however, if for example i jump into fortnite. atleast not ingame. Its just an annoying little thing, its not even that big of a delay... the 1440p one is a BenQ gw2765. Im Running windows 10 and my mouse is Razer deathadder chroma, ive tried reinstalling all drivers. Any tips?

Also my 1440p Monitor is connected with HDMI5

    :)

  2. Win10 Enterprise - Multi-Monitor-Setup with lag/delay on the second/third monitor.

    Hello together,

I just made a fresh installation of my computer with the newest Feb2016 Win10-Enterprise-x64-ISO.

    I have the following setup:

    Intel Core i7 Skylake 6700K

    ASUS Maximus VIII Hero

    32 GB Ballistix Sport 4x8 Quad-Kit DDR4

    nVidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti

Samsung SSD 950 Pro 512 GB NVMe

    1. Monitor ACER XB270HU G-Sync Monitor 144Hz @2560x1440 with DisplayPort (G-Sync turned off)

    2. Monitor ACER G277HU 60Hz @2560x1440 with DisplayPort

    3. Monitor Samsung LCD-TV 60Hz @1980x1080 with DVI

    4. "Monitor" is my HTC Vive VR-Headset (this is turned off while not used)

    Other Peripherals:

    SteelSeries Sentry Eye-Tracking Device

Logitech HD Pro C920 + internal HTC Vive cam

    Plantronics Gaming Headset

    Rode Podcaster microphone

    Logitech G19 keyboard

    Logitech G303 mouse

No optical device (SATA completely turned off in BIOS)

    Here is my problem:

On the first Monitor (Acer XB270HU) everything runs fine. No lag, no stuttering, no delay.

When I move the mouse to the second or third monitor, I already feel the mouse-delay. And its not the difference between the 144Hz and 60Hz monitors.

The best way I can see this is when I open a text-document or web-page and click-hold-and-pull the mouse to mark a text-block. While holding the mouse and pull it over the text the blue marking appears with a huge and disturbing delay. Again, this is NOT
the difference between 144Hz and 60Hz.

When I do the same on the first monitor it runs perfect, no delay. This happens whatever I do on the first monitor. If a game is open, if a webpage is open and if nothing is open. The delay on the other monitors is always there.

I already tried to do a fresh installation of the nvidia graphics driver, but that didnt help.

When I set the first monitor to 60Hz, the problem is gone!

I didnt buy an expensive 144Hz gaming monitor to set it to 60Hz.

    What to do?

    Greetings

    Screen Resolution

Quite right, 2K is in reference to 2560X1440 (16:9) and similar resolutions, including
    2560x1600 (16:10).

Are you trying to run the laptop at 2560x1440 to match the 2K monitor ?

Does your 4K laptop screen have a native 4K resolution that is 16:9, or is it a 16:10 aspect ratio (Is there a 4K res @ 16:10) ?

If it's native res is 16:10 I would think you could still access 2560x1440 but you may get black bars top and bottom, depending

on how you have setup screen scaling in your graphics processors control panel.

Or maybe not ? Laptops may not be as flexible as desktop ?

    - If it's the 2K monitor you are trying to set the resolution on, and assuming you have highlighted monitor 2 in
    Display Settings

without success, does it help if you switch to Show Only on 2 ?
