    Windows 10 N Gaming Mode.


    Hi I have installed the latest version of windows 10 1909 yesterday but have the pro N version. I know it does not come with the media pack and therefore does not have game mode built in. The solution I found online was to download the windows media feature pack for the N edition.

    But my problem still remains that I don't have game mode and can't use game bar. I see that the latest version of windows media feature pack is for windows 1809 and I've got 1909 installed.


    Is there anything else I can do?

    Hi,

    Game Mode is automatically enabled to some games only. There are some games that require you to manually enable Game Mode before you can use this feature on your Windows 10 device.

    To manually turn on Game Mode, you can follow the steps below:

    • Press the Windows key on your keyboard + G.
    • Select Settings.
    • In the General tab, select the check box for Game Mode.
