Windows 10: Windows 10 / Network and Internet

Any Microsoft application requiring internet like the store, Cortana, feedback hub and other apps downloaded from the store when it still worked will not connect to the internet. When I attempt to log in, it says I am not connected to a network when I am and I get an error code 0x800704cf .


Recently, Windows Hello also stopped working and every time I try to set up my pin it tells me to connect to a network first.


I don't have any in depth knowledge of computers I just know my way around it so please provide steps for your solutions
