Windows 10 New Update 1909 : Sometimes I can't click anything.

Almost everytime I use my computer I have a really annoying bug to deal with and no one seems to have exactly the same problem that I have.


- After booting I can't click anything on the login screen BUT I can move my mouse.

- Sometimes randomly I can't click icons even the start button on the taskbar. Hover animations don't work either.

- Sometimes randomly I can't click things on my whole screen. Hover animations don't work either.


After I pressed CTRL + ALT + DEL and then wait for 2-3 seconds I can click cancel again and everything works fine again, but it is very annoying.


What is the problem here and how can I fix this?


Info:

- Windows 10 Pro clean installed.

- My mouse is not the problem tried other mice and still have this issue

- Keyboard input WORKS when this "bug is active"... for example the Windows Key

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
