Windows 10: windows 10 NO game Sound

i am having a alienware r4 laptop with windows 10


when i connect my bluetooth headphone it show two playback devices image below


but while selecting to STEREO all my videos i get sound with stereo effect but when i launch a get it cuts off no audio in game but my discord works i can speak to my friend nd i can also hear but if i quit the game i can still have sound in youtube


where as HANDS FREE AG AUDIO runs with no problem i get both game sound and youtube and my microphone also works fine but just not stereo sound


while in STEREO IN GAME IF CHANGE THE SOUND DEVICE TO FREE AG AUDIO I GET THE SOUND BUT IF SWITCH BACK TO STEREO AGAIN NO SOUND


can anyone help me fix this ?


weirdly only in red dead redemption 2 STEREO WORKS BUT HERE FREE AG AUDIO DOES NOT WORK . all other games vice versa

No game sounds in recording with windows 10 game bar

Anyone else have no sound after installing Windows 10 build 10240?

Do you get sound with basic windows drivers?

I suggest you try the following steps:

Follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Right on the start icon and click on device manager
  
• 
  Expand Sound video and Gaming , Select the Audio adapter, right click on un-install.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
