Windows 10: windows 10 not connecting my AirPod 2

Hi, I have been trying to connect my AirPod 2 to my windows 10 pc through Bluetooth, however, while I was connecting, my laptop says the device is not responding. I clicked settings -> devices -> Bluetooth -> add Bluetooth or other devices -> Bluetooth -> selected my AirPods -> it says connecting but after a long time, it says the device is not responding. I have also tried using my windows 10 pc to connect other devices like headphones and it works fine. I even try using other dell laptops and it connected to my AirPods successfully. Are there any settings that are blocking my AirPods from connecting?

Connecting airpods

My airpods are saying their connected and I never had a problem before with them. The sound keeps playing through the speaker instead of the airpods but their clearly connected. I really absolutely hate this computer since it was listed as being a good
computer and its complete trash but it never didn't connect and work properly. Its a stupid hp windows 10 if that means anything but shouldn't. I just want to know why it isn't playing through my airpods but says connected.

I can't connect my airpods pro headphones to my SB2. Any suggestions?

AirPods Pro can't synchronize on Win 10

Seems to be a different problem, they paired before and suddenly can't get paired again, mine is about list on ratio devices, but unable to access it, I set AirPods in pairing mode, enable Bluetooth on Windows 10, search devices in ratio and select AirPods Pro, but they don't synchronize, just never respond.
