Windows 10: Windows 10 not fully compatible with Full HD screens?

With my new laptop came my first experience with Full HD graphics. The "nice and sharp" look only applies to the vector graphics used in the taskbar icons and window borders and such. I keep my zoom level at 125%, since it's the recommended size, and that makes everything appear as large as it did on my old laptop's screen on 100%, but sharper. However, this makes some external apps, as well as the properties window (out of all things) appear blurry. This applies to games, installed applications, browser-displayed images, fonts on external apps, etc. If I set my zoom to 100%, everything looks crispy as it should, but it's too small for me to comfortably work with. Is it just my pc, or is anyone else having the same issue?

AMD Radeon HD 8570D is not fully compatible with Windows 10

I have the AMD Radeon HD 8510G. I installed the update quoted and ran the Windows 10 app again and I got the same message again...."PC can be upgraded but there may be some issues. These devices aren't fully compatible with Windows 10 ....AMD Radeon HD8510G.
You'll experience problems with your display"

Any suggestions? Should I leave Windows 10 alone?

This has worked, and also resolved the Norton Issue I was seeing earlier.

Could you forward a suggestion to the right department? That is: I suggest adding a button to the Compatibility Appraiser that says something like "re-run now" or "Run Now" instead of requiring the use of the Command Prompt or 24 hours of patience for regular
users who updated their computer and want an updated appraisal?

(Typos for a command are easy to make and some people are rightly hesitant to use command prompt)

Compatibility mode. Follow the steps below to install the device drivers in

Step 1: Compatibility mode runs the program in the current version of Windows using the settings from previous version of Windows.

• Locate and right-click on the driver setup file on your PC and click on
  Properties.
• Click on the compatibility tab, check the box
  Run this program in compatibility mode for, select Windows 8.1/7 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done,
  restart the computer for the effective changes to take place.

Step 2: You can also follow the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard and type
  Run programs made for previous versions of Windows.
• Select the top most search result and follow from step 2 from the article
  Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows

• Check if the changes are effective.
