Windows 10: Windows 10 not showing changing Language

I a in UK and I purchaged laptop from Poland. I changed the Region andn language in control pannel. Also set system local in coltrol panel. When windows upgrade is happening it again changing the languge to Polish.


I tride to update windows ,then update start it showing in Polish language. When I created recovery media that also created with Polish language.


How can i fix it ?


Can i fresh download windows 10 to USB drive then do a fresh install with English language ? In this case what will happen to Product Key. will the existing product key will will for English version of WIndows 10 ? Will my recovery partion all will update with English version of Windows 10 ?

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

And, sort of the same here --> Add a language or keyboard

To assist you better I would like to know, what was the base language for your previous Operating system?



I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Remove the Existing language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Existing language.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add English Language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.

Language change
