Windows 10: windows 10 not starting after reset

After resetting my windows 10 without errors btw , I was greeted with Asus bios instead of the regular windows setup and I'm unable to boot into Windows and my laptop is basically useless at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
