Windows 10: Windows 10 not working properly after an optimization HoneCtrl

Hello, my laptop has started getting very slower after I downloaded and ran an optimization app called "HoneCtrl"It was a Windows Batch File to use it, I must run it as administrator. So I opened it with administrator permissions and it opened in the Command Prompt and all I need to do was select / turn on or off any option in it using the number keys Example - If the number for optimization side in 1, I need to press 1 and then it goes to that page It also had some warned places, so I didn't open them. I only enabled some options and it wanted me to restart. But during the fist restart, it

  Click on change settings

  In optimization schedule
  
• 
  In frequency select the options accordingly.
