Windows 10: Windows 10 not working.

I reset this pc about 36 hours ago and ever since i reset it its ran like garbage. The pc its self is only 11 months old and when I try to click on the windows start button or hit it on my keyboard it loads for a brief second and does nothing. Anytime I try to use internet explorer it always comes up for a brief second then just dis appears. I feel lonely on this problem and I have no idea. A lot of my tech savvy friends at school are saying that my computer is broken but I can open pretty much everything else normally. I can not open windows start button, I have reset the computer around 3 or 4 times, Internet Explorer is not opening, I can not download anything, I cant use anything windows related on my task bar.


Does anyone know a fix for this problem?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
