Windows 10: Windows 10 October Feature update to version 1809

During the installation of the update to version 1809 that I received from Microsoft, or any other repository like Windows update, I get half way through the process then I receive an error stating the following:

"Windows could not configure one or more of the system components. To install Windows, restart the computer and then restart the installation."

The computer then shows "Undoing changes made to your computer."


I do not know what system component(s) to look for even through the Event Viewer.


My system is:

Windows 10 Pro

Version 1803

Build 17134.320


Is this a wide spread system issue? Is the October Feature Update deployed too early as Microsoft tends to do with apps and updates?

Features being removed or deprecated in Windows 10 version 1809


It's funny that Microsoft has not included disk cleanup in the list of "Features we’re no longer developing", in another blog they already announced that this feature will be "deprecated", although in this list this clarification is made:




PS, @Brink, just out of curiosity, why did you add the word "deprecated"? in the original text it doesn't appear.

 

RS5 v1809 will officially be called: Windows 10 October 2018 Update

I think the decision should be from the user still.
