Windows 10: Windows 10 October Update 1809 Problem after installation

Update 1809 was installed on 25 December 2018
All my installed applications are showing that they were installed on 25 December 2018, though they were installed much earlier.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

keep in mind, as of recently, the FCU is installed on 5% of devices roughly.....

 

Windows 10 October 2018 Update version 1809 Now Re-Released

No problem at all. I think that step only installs updates that are included in a folder within the ISO. One could add the needed updates in there in a certain format.

I also installed the update on October 3 and have had
NO problems, with any of the Problems I've read about from other members(thank Goodness). So (IMO) I would "Not" Rollback to the previous version of windows 10. In Fact!... Today 10/9/18 they just released :
KB4464330 (OS Build 17763.55) for Windows 10 October 1809 Update. That fixes some of these problems others have reporting. You might want to download todays update.
