Windows 10 October Update give me some technical problems

Before the October Update can execute, my computer was running fine when I was playing my favorite game. Now after the update, it give me numerous problems, which is hard to list them all, but I will apply the main problems after the October update.

-The speed of my computer was twice as slow than normal because when I tried to load up the Nexon Launcher, it just froze during the load up that I can't blame the company for the problem, but I blame the October Update for screwing up my usual gaming.

-My usual weekly PC maintenance did not help fix the speeds of my computer because the October Update also affected other updates of the files, such as Discord and Avast. I even restarted my computer multiple times, but it did not make any progress of fixing it.

Is there an software program or update that can fix the problem rather than improving?

    :)

It's good that you're not experiencing any issues. Unfortunately many folks are, a quick Google search will show the same info im offering the OP.

    Heres a couple examples:

    Here

    Here

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

Windows 10 October Update give me some technical problems

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:
    • Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
    • Try different keyboard or mouse.
    • Restart computer, repeatedly.
    • Google for related issues.
    • Update Bios, because why not.
    • Create boot media and revert to windows 7.
The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.
