    Is there any safe place to find Windows 10 earlier versions to get the .iso file?

    Reason:

    In the official ms website,only version 2004 is available & there's a lot of bugs/problems that causing pc not function properly.Thus for a clean installation, previous version is needed 1903/1909.There might be some links available in google containing older iso files but they are not trustworthy/safe.Thus is there anyway to retrieve the prev vr. ?

    I'm making an USB windows 10 installation for my old windows 7 laptop.
    Which version of windows 10 to use? I have windows 7 home premium on it.

    Should I use "windows 10" or "windows 10 Home Single Language" or "windows 10 N"
