  1. Windows 10 - One Drive

When I click on the one drive icon in the status bar I get a message that says I recently deleted files from this device which I did. It also asks if I want to remove them from OneDrive too? The files that I deleted were contained within a folder that I created called documents. This documents folder is within my user folder. None of the deleted files were in the OneDrive folder which is also in my user folder.

    1. When asked if I want to remove the files from Onedrive too, the only options I get are remove, restore, or always remove. There is no option to view the files in question 1st.

    2. Why am I being asked if I want to remove the files from one drive?....I don't understand why they were there in the 1st place.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
