Windows 10: Windows 10 opening new tabs in the default browser automatically, It doesn't allow search...

I am using Thinkpad T560 with Window 10 PRO build OS, i5 6th Generation, 8GB Ram and 256GB SSD.

Problem:
My Default browser is opening automatically.

• It doesn't allow search or browse anything.
• If I remove the browser, it shows popup again and again for how do you want to open this file.
• If the browser is default, It opens 1000 of tabs automatically. I had to close all of with task manager.
• I can't work on anything as focus of frame keeps changing to new browser tabs.
• when I search for anything or type URL, It resets to homepage default page in same time amount. I can't even search on the browser.
• I am having this problem from last 4 months.

Solutions, I have applied so far:

• First, I thought It was Google Chrome issue so I have uninstalled it, removed the folder also, but the problem is persistent with every browser.
• I have reset my window using 'Reset my PC' settings. Before doing that, I have scanned my device with malwarebytes, Comodo, and Kaspersky antivirus
• I have also downloaded new version '2004' for windows 10 using using Windows 10 update assistant.
• Lastly, I used media creation tool to make bootable USB and installed OS using that.
• All the drivers and BIOS are up to dated.
• I even turn off Startup freeloaders apps.

I have cleaned the entire hard drive, it has only windows 10 installed and I am still having problem.
I have almost tried everything to sort out, even removed my entire data from the HDD.

Need help with this problem.

It took to 2 hours to post it, I can't do anything with my PC.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Thanks for your response, I skipped first two steps becuase, I wasn't possible to use windows while the issue is persistance. I checked BIOS and drivers, all of them are up to date.

I used Media Creation tool to Upgrade windows to 2004 version. I opened edge browser only and it all started again. Currently, I don't have anything install in the system.
But, it is opening new tabs automatically.

In this, I was using Edge to download something and chrome launched automatically. (since it's now default browser).

It's easy to close chrome tabs as compare to edge, Edge takes too much time

If the system is on the standby, nothing happens. When I start using it, the problem starts again.
