    Hello,

I recently downloaded Microsoft Excel from my school network.

I realized that it changed some permissions on my personal PC so I uninstalled the downloaded program.

I have removed the school's access in Settings-> Accounts-> Access work or school

Then I restarted my computer but it still wouldn't let me set my password to what I wanted so I reset my computer but it again wouldn't let me set the password.

I have attached a picture of what pops up when I try to change the pin.

Please let me know what I can do to regain full access to my computer

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
