    Windows 10 (partial) crash


    Lots and lots of adware progams on the browsers! I contacted Microsoft about the problem I had ,but they were not interested- they would look at my system if I paid a (substantial) subscription. (That's why W10 is "free" upgrade). I have asked to speak to a supervisor- but they haven't come back! Luckily - with a little help, I have identified and removed most of the unwanted adware.
    NOTE, some uninstall versions will actually load OTHER programs unless you are very careful and check ALL the "terms & conditions" as they go through.
    Thanks for all your help here, not back to my old W7 machine which I had to use to get on here at the start. Only trouble was that as I hadn't used it for a while- lots of upgrades were downloaded- and-- its crashed too! lol
