    I did misread disk management as 9% used instead of 9% free Windows 10 Partition Help on 1TB HDD :). I would not worry about the now missing recovery environment. Like @Bree stated, all those functions are available from a bootable Windows 10 recovery/installation drive anyway, and the next major upgrade to Windows 10 in the Spring will probably recreate the recovery partition.
