Windows 10: Windows 10 password option missing.

I am missing the option for adding password to my PC after re installing windows. I did,t have this problem on my old windows version but now i only have this options.

hmm i miss asdf in that list .. i use that a lot .. up to asdfgh depending on password length enforcement rules.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
