Windows 10: Windows 10 - PC Freeze Randomly

Good Afternoon, please can any help or advise. Dump file/System Event Files added at end


Since updating to Windows 10 Education online my PC freezes every week 1-4 times or so randomly. I have carried out various system checks and find no issues. All my drivers including display driver which is supported by NVidia GForce for gaming are updated.

Graphics & Driver: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 4gb


In most cases the PC simply freezes and restarts and occasionally I get a 'blue screen error' such as:

Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

0% complete

Stop code: VIDEO SCHEDULER INTERNAL ERROR

The 0% bar doesn't rise/change and the PC never automatically restarts.

My Basic System Info: WINDOWS 10 Education N 1903




Mini Dump: Only one logged from 2017...why are they not being logged on C:? I also have a G: drive with an old minidump from 2017?

Could it be that I have two drives which seem to have 2 windows systems...not sure why this is the case? It did belong to a friend and I have since updated to windows 10 from windows 7.








It also shows his name in file structure which I'd like to remove...why do I have two users me JP and the previous owner Matthew?

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
