Windows 10: Windows 10 PC keeps randomly freezing

My Windows 10 PC keeps randomly freezing! It never used to happen, but after like 5-6 months of having the PC it keeps freezing. I thought it could be something to do with the drivers but every time I go to update a driver through Windows it says the latest driver is already installed. I also restored my whole PC so there was absolutely nothing on it, all fresh and it still keeps freezing. It doesn't freeze immediately when I turn the desktop on but after a while if I don't move the cursor around for a few minutes it will freeze. Someone also said about going to a folder and deleting all the files out of it to see if it did anything, think the folder was called temp. But that still didn't work. Another thought I had was I thought I could have too many devices connected to my PC? I have 2 monitors, 2 keyboards, speakers and a mouse connected but I wasn't sure if that could be the cause. The ports are there on the computer to use so if that was the problem then that wouldn't make sense!


It's a Packard Bell PC I bought from Curry's PC World brand new so I don't understand why this keeps happening it's very frustrating! Here are some details about the computer.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
