Windows 10: Windows 10 PC stuck in safe mode, don't know password, need to access normal mode.

I have a PC with Windows 10 which had various processes suspended meaning I couldn’t access the start menu or a number of desktop items. Having restarted the computer in safe mode I find myself at a login screen that previously used facial recognition but now asks for a password which I don't know. I have tried various things like restarting with the command prompt to try and disable safe mode and get back into the normal login but that asks me for my password again. I am reluctant to reset the whole machine for fear of losing any documents. Can someone give me a fix that doesn't require using the password which is evidently one I setup when I first got the machine. I have only ever used a pin or facial recognition since setting it up. Any help or advice would be incredibly helpful. Thank you.

Stuck in safe mode without knowing administrator password in windows10

Stuck in safe mode after checking safe mode in msconfig while running in normal mode. I didn't knew that pin don't work in safe mode .. Now i'm unable to go back to normal mode. And don't remember the password to enter into safe mode...in windows 10
Is there any fix for this?
Please help me .. please please please

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

So your stuck in safe mode? and cant get to normal mode? I thought in safe mode theres an admin account with no password. *Wink
