Windows 10: Windows 10 Personal Computer Microsoft Ultimate Word Games "Loading..." Does NOT Complete

This just started on the weekend. I have tried, Repair, Reset, Uninstall / Reinstall using Microsoft Store. No success.


NOT a huge problem personally* but many users may want to play these games if they are under COVID-19 lockdown.

* Feel free to laugh, my American brothers and sisters, at a stereotypical Canadian. I live in a downtown neighbourhood in the Greater Toronto Area. Yes, Toronto is Canada's largest city. Every day, I can and do go walking in the woods a couple of miles from my home, see white-tail deer, Canadian beaver, great blue heron, etc. No PERSONAL urgent need for computer games.

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games will not load. I have tried ALL recommended solutions listed to no avail.

 

Ultimate Word Games stuck "Loading"

Solution 1 worked for me. Did the "GetAppx" solution above: nada.

Being unable to load the Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is may be due to several factors. It is a possible connection issue or the games are incompletely installed.

To resolve your concern, we suggest that you perform the following solutions on your computer to resolve the issue:

Solution 1. Run the Windows App Troubleshooter on your computer.

link and click on Run troubleshooter.

Solution 2. Reset Windows Store.

Reset the Windows Store to clear store cache by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.
