Windows 10: Windows 10 photo app error code 0x80070570

Hello Community,


I have suddenly struck a problem when trying to delete unused folders in File Explorer on my SD card after I have deleted all photos from it as follows


Message says I cannot delete it and I get the error code 0x80070570. The message also has 3 links across the bottom that say

TRY AGAIN, SKIP, CANCEL. then next to these 3 links it says file or directory is corrupted or unreadable.


I have tried googling the problem but all they want is to download apps to do it.


Also when I copy a photo to another location and rename it I get a message saying there is no app to open the photo. Would this be because after I cut and paste the copied photo sometimes I change the name of the photo because this seems that this is the cause of it.


Sorry to ask 2 questions but they are both related.


I am running windows 10 and have just on the weekend updated to version 1903 but the problems were happening before that.
