Windows 10: Windows 10 pre-released version(18305)

Discus and support Windows 10 pre-released version(18305) in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; updated my pc to the pre-released version(18305) and after that the MS Store app keep crashing all the time after a small pop-up, and also Groove app...     Windows 10 pre-released version(18305)


    updated my pc to the pre-released version(18305) and after that the MS Store app keep crashing all the time after a small pop-up, and also Groove app asks for a Media feature pack where Photos app doesn't.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Build 10240 - Any expiry on ACTIVATED versions??


    I was going to do that for my benefit because of the way I have my partitions setup and to be legal with the EULA that isn't a step by step instruction. Right now I am waiting to see if build 10240 is actually the release build and yes I know at lot of people don't believe 10240 is the release version. I still may need to do that if build 10240 is not the release version.

    Windows Defender pre-release blocks our product

    We're a small software vendor and building a PowerPoint Add-in. One of our releases is falsely marked as Trojan:Win32/Critet.BS by Windows Defender. This caused the product wiped from ~2500 machines by Windows Defender at a single enterprise client of us!

    Problem:

    • Since Windows Defender pre-release 1.263.598.0 up to today's 1.2.63.721.0 our software is detected as trojan.
    • When I submit my files, they all pass with "No malware detected" but the submissions are only checked against 1.263.536.0.

    Question:

    • When will the pre-release definition be updated to not falsely detect our product as malware?
