Windows 10: Windows 10 pro 64bit keeps crashing and rebooting way to much

I am using an AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 5200+, 8 GB's memory, Graphics card Nvidia GeForce GT 720. I just installed Windows 10 Pro 64bit on a Samsung 860 QVO 1TB SSD, I still have my Windows 7 Pro installed on a WD Blue 1TB drive, so the system is dual boot, just so I have access to past data files. The blue screen crash also happens in Windows 7, but I am not in that system as much. I did not have any issues with Windows 7 until I installed Windows 10.

I could use some help in finding the cause of the blue screen crash reboot.

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

Download Windows 10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
