Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Activation Error Code 0xC004C003

In 2017, I bought PC components, Windows 10 Pro and Office 2016 download versions from NewEgg. I recently built the PC and installed the Windows 10 Pro. No problems until after Windows and updates were installed. Activation Error Code 0xC004C003 was reported.


Activation "Get Help" runs until it shows:

Talk to a person
Sorry, we're having trouble connecting you. Feel free to try again or ask another question.



The "Try Again" button only produces the same "Sorry..." message.


What else can I do to get my PC activated?

As per the error code 0xC004C003, it seems that you have entered an invalid product key. Please reply with the following details to assist with the appropriate troubleshooting steps:

• Have you recently changed any hardware in the computer?
  
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer currently?
  
• Have you upgraded the computer to Windows 10 earlier?

I'm having this issue on a Store purchased Toshiba Satellite Pro which had Windows 7 Home Prem. I followed all the upgrade instructions and it all looks good except it's not activated. Product key blocked. Error code: 0xC004C003

I'm experiencing the same problem like you, upgraded my windows 7 professional PC since july 29th and can't activate it.
Product key blocked. Error code: 0xC004C003, several calls to microsoft haven't helped all i keep getting from the agents on phone is to wait 24-48 hours.
It will be two weeks on 12th august still no resolution by microsoft
